Practical information for attendees of the UX Nordic 2023
Bonus activities
If you already got your on-site ticket for the UX Nordic 2023, you can now register for the following bonus activities:
Morning Group Run on 25 August, 07:30 a.m. (free, only 100 tickets available)
Beer-in-Town on 25 August, 08:30 p.m. (closed for registrations)
Important Times
Conference App
We will be using the popular Eventee App for the UX Nordic. By now you should have received an invitation. If not, feel free to contact us
The app is not required for the conference, however it will give you an overview over the program, sponsors and you will be able to connect with other attendees.
Workshop Rooms (Conference plus Ticket holders)
The workshop rooms are as follows (but we will also announce it again on stage during the opening talk):
- Workshop 1: Room 12 (Radisson Blu)
- Workshop 3: Room "SUDA" (Radisson Blu)
- Workshop 4: Room 11 (Radisson Blu)
- Workshop 6: ARoS Art Museum, "Sunset Lounge" on 9th floor, Aros Allé 2, Aarhus (5 minute walk from the hotel)
Breaks
Lunch break is from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. and there will also be 30 minute coffee breaks in between.
Recordings on 25 August
All sessions on Friday, 25 August will be recorded and made available to you after the conference. However, please allow 3-4 weeks for us to edit the videos (we also need a short break after the event :)
Parking
Conference Ticket holders can use the parking lot of the Radisson Blu hotel free of charge during 25 August. Conference plus Ticket holders can also use it on 24 August. You still have to check-out your car. Before leaving, you can get a code at the reception that will allow you to check-out for free. For any questions, please ask the hotel staff.
UX Nordic Award 2023
Closed for nominations. The winner of the UX Nordic Award will be presented on 24 August.
Hotel Offer
The Radisson Blu Hotel can no longer be booked after 4 August 2023.
