John Sebastian

As a product design leader, John Sebastian builds robust design teams and creates customer-centered collaborative environments for crafting exceptional experiences.

John works consistently with how to enhance emotions and how companies can exceed customers’ expectations. Currently, John is Lead Design and User Experience at Novo Nordisk. Previously, John led world-class product design and engineering teams in his own firm, and in large companies like Samsung and SONY.

He is also the co-founder and Chief Product Architect behind the Smart Parking Watch installed in millions of cars today. John has been recognized with design and international business awards such as Red Dot Award, IF Award, Good Design, and with work represented in museums such as MOMA and Centre Pompidou. His success was noted in various media such as Bloomberg Businessweek, New York Times and  Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
