*Participants of the Multisensory Design Day will be back in Aarhus are around 05:30 depending on the traffic. If you are departing from Billund Airport, you can go directly from the LEGO House from about 3 p.m.

Change of particpant/name
You can change the name of the registered participants until up to two days before the event. Just contact us: conference@westwerk.dk A refund for tickets is not possible.

Food & allergies
During all buffets, we will offer vegan alternatives as well as marked gluten and lactose free options. In case you are in doubt, please refer to the Radisson staff for specific ingredients.

Workshop preparation
We will send an email out to all workshop participants with practical information for your specific workshop. In general, expect that a fully charged laptop computer is recommended.

App
We expect the Eventee app to be published 6-8 weeks prior to the event. Of course it is voluntary to use the app.

Streaming and recordings
All ticket holders will receive the recordings of the live-streams on 29 August about two weeks after the conference (we need some time to rest and edit the videos 🙂 The workshops will not be recorded.
