Practical information
Check-In
You can check in from 08:00 a.m. with your ticket (on your phone or printed) or by stating your name and company name.
Start end End Times
The following start times are to be expected.
Please mind that the bus tour back from the Multisensory Design Day on Friday can vary depending on the traffic situation.

You can access all information about your workshop by following this link. There is a PDF for each each workshop in the folder.
Event App
We expect the Eventee app to be published 4 weeks prior to the event. You can use the app to connect with other participants, get notifications during the event and see the program. Of course it is voluntary to use the app.
Morning Group Run
Join us for a relaxed 4 km morning run on Thursday starting from 07:15 a.m. We gather in the hallway of the Congress Center (inside the building, downstairs at the lowest level). Please arrive a few minutes before. The start running a quarter past seven.
Everyone is welcome! No registration needed. Just running gear and good mood :D

ARoS Art Museum Tour (27. August)
For those of you who signed up for the Guided ARoS Tour.
We gather at the ARoS Art Museum in the foyer at 06:00 p.m. on 27 August. The tour starts at 06:15 and will last about one hour.
Change of participant/name
You can change the name of the registered participants until up to two days before the event. Just contact us: conference@westwerk.dk
A refund for tickets is not possible.
Gala Evening
The UX Nordic Gala Evening will take place on 28th August from 08:00 p.m.
Check-in opens at 07:30 p.m. at the Congress Center (downstairs)
All On-site ticket holder are invited and you can expect a fun and interesting evening with presentation of the UX Nordic Award Winner, star comedian Simon Talbot and a networking party with DJ Frederik. Dress code: Casual.
Food & allergies
During all buffets, we will offer vegan alternatives as well as marked gluten and lactose free options. In case you are in doubt, please refer to the Radisson staff for specific ingredients.
Streaming and recordings
All ticket holders will receive the recordings of the live-streams on 29 August about two weeks after the conference (we need some time to rest and edit the videos 🙂
The workshops and Lounge Area program will not be recorded.

Breaks
Conference Day (29th)
Lunch break is from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Apart from that, you can take your breaks whenever you like - coffee and water will be served all day long on the foyers, and the Lounge Area is open whenever you need a time-out. Smaller snacks will be served in the Foyer of the Congress Center between 02:20 p.m. amd 03:20 p.m.
Workshop Day (28th)
Lunch break is from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Apart from that, your workshop tutor will include some shorter breaks.
Parking
Conference Ticket holders can use the parking lot of the Radisson Blu hotel free of charge during the days of your attendance (depending on your ticket type). You still have to check-out your car. Follow the instructions of the hotel. Before leaving, you can get a code at the reception that will allow you to check-out for free. For any questions, please ask the hotel staff.
UX Nordic Award 2024
Nominations are no longer possible. The winner of the UX Nordic Award will be presented on 28 August.
